Steffen Ruwolt

Managing Director

Steffen is the man in charge at SERU. The business economist switched from the shipping sector to this family-run company in 2011 and since then has been a consistent source of action and changing perspectives. When he isn’t busy nosing out innovative logistical concepts, he trains junior-level footballers or sits in his VW bus listening to Alt-J (that’s a band).

Sven-Eric Ihloff

Authorised officer and project planner

Projects such as the commercial or IT-controlled integration of new customers are part of Sven-Eric’s field of responsibility. He also supervises the processes and is responsible for our controlling – and perhaps for the weather as well: the sun always shines on his birthday (18 June).

Joerg Delfs

Authorised officer and pioneer

Joerg is our all-purpose man. Present since the very first day and instrumental in SERU’s early success, he now deals with a number of areas such as purchasing, safety and accounting, but also logistics. Whether in the thick of large-scale delivery orders or at company parties, Joerg is the one who switches the light off when it’s all over.

Helmut Ruwolt

Company founder, partner and council of elders

Helmut founded SERU Distributions GmbH in 1992 and developed it over the following years into one of the leading German logistics service providers in the entertainment and electronics industry. Today he advises the company on important issues with his experience and competence – and enjoys the ambivalent mixture of company owner and grandfatherly existence.
