For more than ten years now, SERU has delivered Bandai Namco’s entire video-game product portfolio in the DACH region (Germany/Austria/Switzerland). In addition to that, we deal with invoice dispatch, the dispatch of game guides and aspects of returns management.

Responsible for logistics and customer-service tasks, SERU supplies CAPCOM with games not only in the DACH region, but also in the Scandinavian countries and in Poland, Greece and Turkey. In joint efforts, moreover, major new releases were handled masterfully: for example, those from the Resident Evil series.

I:CO is a take-back system for used textiles and shoes that is designed to preserve valuable resources in the long term. As a sustainable logistics company, SERU supplies retailers and shops all over the world with the I:Collect collection systems for placements in retail outlets.

Since 2011, SERU has been the exclusive logistics firm for all ZeniMax titles for large-scale customers in the DACH region as well as for all Media Markt and Saturn deliveries. In addition to the logistics handling pure and simple, SERU has taken on the receivables management for the German subsidiary of the Washington DC-based media company and gives vigorous support to the latter’s sales area with its customer service.

As a partner of F+F Distributions GmbH, SERU takes on the “pick, pack, ship” area for all products as well as returns processing in the DACH region – from software products to high-tech articles such as the civilian drones from Parrot. At the same time, F+F is our partner for all tasks that involve sales and marketing.

Snakebyte is a renowned manufacturer and distributor of video-game peripherals. As well as their pan-German delivery, SERU also looks after the French and Spanish markets.

E-sport has now reached us as well in the form of GamerFactory. SERU takes care of business in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland region in order to provide consumers with merchandising articles from the growing e-sport scene.
